Shipping policy
Payment
Payment is made by invoice with standard payment terms of 30 days net, subject to approved credit. In some cases, prepayment may be required based on the credit assessment.
For prepaid orders, shipment will be processed once payment has been received and registered. Depending on the payment method, this may take 1-3 business days.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to reminder fees, late payment interest, and collection procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
Invoices are sent separately from the shipment. Your package will include only the order confirmation and packing slip.
To reduce environmental impact, invoices are primarily delivered digitally via email.
Delivery Options
Warehouse Pickup
You are welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouse at Viktoriaesplanaden 8, Örnsköldsvik, Sweden by prior arrangement.
Delivery
We offer shipping across Scandinavia and Europe through selected logistics partners such as DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on country and carrier.
Deliveries within Sweden: Delivery time is 2-3 days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders above 7 000SEK.
Deliveries to Norway, Denmark and Finland: Delivery time is 2-3 days after dispatch. Free Shipping on orders above 8 000 SEK.
Deliveries within EU: Delivery time is 2-3 days after dispatch. Free Shipping on orders above 9 000 SEK / 850 EUR.
Minimum order value is 300€ / 2500 SEK.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Prices
All prices on our website are listed excluding VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
The price displayed at the time of ordering applies at the time of delivery, subject to system errors, misprints, stock discrepancies, or technical inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, supplier price changes, transport costs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Transport Damage & Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately after delivery.
Visible transport damage should be reported directly to the carrier upon receipt before accepting the shipment.
Claims regarding transport damage, missing products, or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden.
